Yoga 4 Meditation is a Non Profit committed to serving as a resource for individuals seeking holistic wellness. Our focus is on providing yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that empower our schools and communities toward mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. We envision a world where our present and future generations nurture a strong compassionate mind, and value each other’s differences while working together as a community.
We strive to make our techniques available to everyone. We organize free workshops at your local school or community and offer regular classes in Bay Harbor Islands and Surfside to finance our activities.
Andrea Travani is our lead instructor and co-founder of Yoga 4 Meditation. He is a certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor and an Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor. He has many years of volunteering experience organizing spiritual retreats and activities with teenagers.
We offer weekly classes to those who are interesting in finding a community where to grow their practice. Our classes are designed to always include asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Mindfulness and breath work are deeply rooted in the ancient traditions and firmly based on the latest scientific research.
